Incentives and Advantages

In addition to incentives and advantages available to all Free Zones, The Adana Yumurtalik Free Zone offers the following:

✔ Operating under a build-operate-transfer model, the 4.6 million m² Adana Yumurtalik Free Zone is one of the largest in Turkey and in the world. With 5 km of shoreline and its proximity to North Africa and the Middle East, the zone offers investors unparalleled logistic and strategic strengths. This is an opportunity to rent as much land as you need at very reasonable rates. Your investment is further protected by State guarantees.

✔ You can take advantage of Turkey's largest private marine terminal, The Toros Port, which offers rapid loading and unloading services immediately adjacent to the Adana Yumurtalik Free Zone. The marine terminal is able to simultaneously accommodate as many as 9 ships with varying sizes up to 110,000 DWT and can load and unload up to 40,000 tons per day.

✔ There is a direct connection from the Adana Yumurtalik Free Zone to the Gaziantep-Mersin-Pozantı highway.
